At the Municipal Centre on 28/09/2026, the Toofan Flag will be hoisted. Following the flag hoisting, the Toofan Pledge, announcement of Toofan Warriors, distribution of Toofan Warrior badges, an awareness programme, and a media presentation will be conducted.
